We buy rainforest grown, heirloom cacao beans directly from small farmers. Then we carefully hand sort every single bean in Copenhagen before we gently open fire roast and stone grind them into a silky smooth liquid. This is not chocolate. It’s a traditional cacao beverage evolved and handcrafted by us with a Nordic touch of perfectionism.
